Eppraisal.com, the home valuation experts, recently
announced a partnership with The American Society
of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Through this partnership
Eppraisal.com has launched its National Home
Inspector Network where consumers gain immediate
access to more than 6,000 home inspectors across
North America. Eppraisal.com is a consumer's first
and second step in their process to buy, sell, or
refinance a home. With the new ASHI partnership
consumers can quickly locate a professional home
inspector to provide an evaluation of a home's
physical structure and accessible components of a
home, including central air conditioning systems;
interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic
and much more.
"Before you buy or sell a home, you need to have a
clear understanding of the home's physical condition.
It's the difference between spending hundreds of
dollars or hundreds of thousands of dollars on home
upgrades and repairs. ASHI's network of local
professionals includes inspectors with years of
experience understanding the ASHI Standards of
Practice, local construction codes and state
regulations," said Frank Lesh, ASHI's 2007
President. "We are happy to partner with
Eppraisal.com as they provide consumers with a
comprehensive website that helps them understand
all aspects of the real estate process and link them
with the right professionals."
"At Eppraisal.com we are creating a destination where
consumers gain all the resources they need to make
the right decisions. Partnering with ASHI confirms our
commitment to bringing consumers and professional
together, in a unique way that really enables both
groups to take action and make better buying
decisions. We are extremely happy to partner with
such a respected organization."
Through this partnership, Eppraisal.com consumers
gain access to the largest and most trusted network of
home inspectors -- an important step in the buying
and selling process that can ultimately help
consumers make a more informed purchasing
decision.
"The launch of the Eppraisal.com Home Inspector
Network really changes the rules of the online real
estate industry," said Damian Scott president of
Eppraisal.com. "At Eppraisal.com we are creating a
destination where consumers gain all the resources
they need to make the right decisions. Partnering with
ASHI confirms our commitment to bringing
consumers and professional together, in a unique
way that really enables both groups to take action and
make better buying decisions. We are extremely
happy to partner with such a respected organization."
